We started our community laughter group last month in North London helping to make London a happier and healthier place 🙂
Laughter Yoga has so many Health Benefits ranging from boosting our confidence and motivation, enhancing creativity, stress relief and generally helping us to feel good. As the saying goes ” Laughter is the best Medicine” and for some people those words have rung true!
A laughter yoga workshop is ideal for almost any group setting. We offer our wellness workshops and services to private groups. Our Health and Well-being workshops range from a one hour laughter yoga workshop to a full half day which can include various holistic stress busters including a Gong Bath or Sound Meditation. It is our plan to offer our community laughter wellness session at least once a month at the fabulous Kindness Offensive HQ in London.
This is our gorgeous space where we laugh sponsored by the amazing people at The Kindness Offensive This is our fabulous venue for our club and as the weather warms up we will also enjoy laughing in nature at one of London’s beautiful parks.
We are getting booked up each time and people are loving it.
Our last laughter workshop was on 26th March where we smiled, chanted, danced, played games, laughed and meditated. As a special treat I added a sound meditation with singing bowls and chimes.

“Yesterday I had the privilege to be part of Odette’s laughter yoga session. I kind of had an idea what to expect but it was so much more then that… If was fun and natural and we all open up with no expectation or shyness, we were all equal. Open for the experience like children, and what a wonderful thing: feeling free of expectations, should’s and worry of looks! There we were free, our lungs open up, the laughter came up freely and we interacted with each other with laughter and love. The energy was invigorating and we left grounded and super energised for the rest of the evening and beyond.
